Hey all. I see that some of you already have the new 4500. I don't see it on Verizon's website yet. Has it only been released in limited markets or are they just slow to update their site?

I don't think it has been released everywhere yet. I wouldn't expect them to put it on the site until it's available for everyone.

Although, I think you have to enter your zip code to browse the phones, so I guess if it's available in your zip code it will come up on their site.

4500 has been released in my area (NJ), but not showing on the website. You may want to check with your local stores.

it's been released in my market as well (northern nj). there's a press article in the news category of vzw website and also on phonescoop that stated the 4500 will be released nationally on Jan. 29th, which i'm assuming means ALL markets nationally. when i went to purchase my phone, the rep didn't even know it was released till he got there that morning. way to keep up with the happenings of your job.
anyway, just take a trip down to your store; they should have them there. if not, tell them to check their inventory; i'll bet they're there.

Yup, same here.... not showing on VZW website for my zip CT... yet available in my local VZW store.

exactly, OCD, go to your local store, i've been to three different stores, one in Beverly Hills, one in L.A., and one in the San Fernando Valley, and they all have it, but it's still not showing on any of those Zip codes.

just checked the website this morning....and it's listed (in NJ). $119 with $30 rebate.
