A friend of mine says that her VX10 has little arrows when not read and check marks when a text is read in her outgoing box. I'd love to know if my 4400 has that feature too. When checking the text options, I came across "read ack" (number 9) which says off because the service is not available. So, does this mean I cant check on whether or not texts were read? Thanks.

Correction. On the VX 10 the arrow means the text mesage has been succesfylly sent. The Check is if you send a text mesage to another Verizon phone. I don't know if it also registers as being read.

the 4400 will show little envelopes, when the message is not read it will show the envelope closed, once you read the message it will show the envelope open.[img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-wink.gif[/img]
