From time to time I hear an echo of myself and that is all I can hear, phone does not connect the call. Does this happen to anyone else? Also, from time to time when I call or receive a call from my business partner (who also is using VZW, but the samsung a350) I can hear him, but he can't hear me. This does happen quite a few times, but only with him.[img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-confused.gif[/img]

How long have you had your phone? did you drop it perhaps, i would go to Verizon and have them give you a replacement, it sounds like it's got some glitches, take your receipt and make sure they give you a new one and not a refurbished, even though sometimes refurbished phones worked better because they been tested thoroughly.

This is my 3rd 6000, it has done it on all of them.

umm, maybe Verizon doesn't cover your area as well as other places, do you get a message that says "switching service area" alot on your phone? maybe that's why your dropping calls. perhaps somebody that's in your part of NEW NORK can give you more feedback being that i'm on the westcoast and wouldn't be able to say how good reception is in your area.
