i just got a call from my cuzin and it said restricted in the external caller id any caller id and now when i have registerd him in vzw pix place and he gave me the temp pass i tried logging him in so i can make him an animation of his kids but it wont let me log in it says "u must enter a username and pass" so if u have any tips/ideas/suggestions i will really appriciate it thx

Is his phone number blocked? Receiving a call from a blocked phone number will show up as "private caller" or "restricted".

There is no option to block or restrict the number in the phone. His number is blocked or private number!
