What I do is download the midi on my desktop then go to the pix website to send it to my phone. It says the file is sent but I then get a message on my phone saying to check out the website to view it. This happened with a graphic that I sent also....one I got from the pix site! So, I am confused on how to save these files to my phone instead of getting messages to view them on this website. What am I doing wrong?

After downloading it onto your pc, attach the ringtone/pic to an email and send it directly to your phone. Always works for me. Question is do you have unlimited pix messaging cuz once you start, you'll keep on doing it. Get charged airtime time too (I think).

Okay...so I did the email thing and when i checked the message on my phone it said "you have a picture message so log on to www......................and follow the instructions. Do I need to call and talk to VZ about a Express Network? (Saw that mentioned on another post) |

Easy fix! Call Verizon, they forgot to setup express network on your account. It happened to me and a few other people here. Once they add the code for Express Network it will work fine.
