how do i get it back down? does anyone know? it is flashing...can i get it back down or have i send too many pic messages? im addicted help me

Delete some of the images that are there. Save them locally on your hard drive or save them in your e-mail. If it is full, the only way to get more space is to delete some pictures.

i dont have any pics saved. all i do is send midi songs to my phone with no pics.so i shouldnt have anything saved shoud i? and if i do where do i go to check that anyway?

Try checking the "Sent" folder. Every time you send a message it saves it in the "Sent" folder and you have to go and clean that folder out! At least this is what I think is happening!
