i brought my vx4400 in to verizon because it kept shutting off all the time then turning back on. They replace the phone for me and its got ver 06 on it (yea!) However my old phone had the "demo games" on it and im worried somethings gonna happen. What happens to those phones ? Do they check them ? Should i go back and say i need some numbers off it and delete the games ? what do you guys think ?

No, they don't check the phones. At least, not that I've seen. If they did, they probably wouldn't know what it was. If they knew what it was, they wouldn't care.

Nah I wouldn't worry. They wouldn't care and probably wouldn't bother wasting their time trying to figure out what you did to your phone. They probably get too many phones in to actually care about what's on it. If something did ever come up about the contents on your phone.
