5350 as modem

I finally got to use that cable i bought i while ago from radioshack to make my 5350 work as my modem for my computer, my question is, when i use it, does it use up my minutes??? the only reason i ask is because the counter comes up on the screen when it connects, just like when im making a phone call, and i know that the thing has to "dial" #777 to connect so i just want to know if im using minutes or if it counts as using "vision" wich is unlimited???
p.s: im not using any dialing software, all i did was create a new connection on my computer (windows xp pro) using my pcs 3g phone as the modem, my vision username and my vision password.

It should only show up as Vision.
Keep in mind the T&C of your agreement for 'Unlimited Vision' excludes the use of the phone
as a modem with a PC, laptop or other device.
Use at your own risk. It seems Sprint right now has a bit of a time enforcing this provision,
but if you start using it with heavy or constant usage, they may track you down.
