VX7000 Memory Full... Need to reset phone.

I read that if you don't properly install apps from GetItNow or anything else you upload, that the phone will sometimes think the memory is full even though those specific apps have been deleted. I've cleared all apps and ringtones, and the amount of storage doesn't change. Pictures and videos have also been deleted and there is no change.

I need my phone and games to make it through those long days of class, so if anyone knows how to reset the phone completely without interrupting my service or disabling the phones service i'd really like to hear about it.

try menu,0, 000000, WAP Setting, Clear Cache

^ IF that doesn't work, some other people could chime in. I'm not exactly sure if that will cure everything, but it should help.

for the locked fone try 0000,last 4 dig of accounts holder social security number,last 4 of fone number,1234..try those and see wat happens
