I have a Kyocera QCP 3035 that I no longer use and I want to send it back to Verizon via their “Hopeline” recycling program. I successfully deleted the contents of the address book and it’s database of incoming and outgoing calls. But I also want to delete the phone’s phone number. Here’s why: I am currently using that same phone number for my new cell phone and so I don’t want that number getting into the wrong hands. So, can this be done and if so, how? Many thanks….
