hello everyone, my daughter phone has stopped working so to speak. The only way she can hear anything is when the speakerphone options is on. If she turn it off, she can see when she has a call but when she answers it she can not hear anything. Can anyone help us!

Sounds like the earpiece speaker is defective; however, personally I'd at least try taking the battery out while the phone is on just to see if that will "reset" it.

If that doesn't take care of the problem, and the phone is still under the manufacturer's warranty, file a warranty claim for a replacement phone.

Thanks for answering but I tried that and it did not fix the problem. I guess I will have to get a new phone. I bought this one on ebay, hopefully they will give me my money back. thanks again.
