have a kyocera strobe that went to a crash dump screen. cant retrieve phone book, text messages, pics ect. alltel is sending a replacement but, is there a way to retrieve this info from the phone before sending it back. have a data cable on order, and i have bit pim, kpst, and kmpt.

please help
