Has this every happened to anyone? The phone seemed fine, then all of a sudden, none of the keys on the phone cause anything to happen. Not even light up the backlight. It's as if all the keys are totally dead. I've tried removing the battery for a long period of time with no resolution. Any ideas? This phone is like 6 months old, and I don't think under warranty any more.

Well, it has a one year warranty and so it was covered. I took it to the repair center and they had no idea what might have caused it and simply replaced it. Case closed.

Also, I was told not to leave the phone on a trickle charger overnight and that it will hurt the battery. Is that true?

my keys got switched the 4 was a 7 send was 1 ok was send.
