Kyrocera 3035 data/internet for Macs

I have been trying to find out about any problems with anyone using their 3035 with a (optional serial data kit) for older Macs? I have a dependable PowerMac 7300 with OS9.1 and I want use this 3035 or the next model? Hoping for the 3035....but just askin g. Anyinput or suggestions. Can't speak for the 3035 specifically, but I use a 6035 with the data cable & it works flawlessly in OS 9. use it all the time. I imagine it would work comprably for the 3035.
