this isnt going to be much help.... but, ppl either love it or hate it. some ppl say they couldnt live without it and love the phone and wouldnt give it up, some ppl hate it with a passion and want different phones. i tell ppl if you need palm OS platform and a TRImode phone that is your only option. they did come out with new software updates for the 7135 for freezing, but our rep says that the freezing is more issues with existing palm software on ppls computers. it comes inside the box on a big red sheet that says "remove all old palm software before installation!" and im sure most ppl dont uninstall all their old software. there will be about 2-3 more PDA devices released before the end of the year and maybe 2 more within first quarter of '05. i did have the list of what models but i lost it

6 people in our office have the 7135 and all had to have their batteries replaced (i think they were recalled) they all love the phone, but when they use brag speaker phone and then i turn on the lg 4500 or the sliders sp, they shut up....or with their fancy calendar and phone book ...i can do the same with the lg 4500....i have a pda, and its great for solitare...to me its a gimmick for the partners of my company, but it is better than the treos they use to have....
