Default Need quick 1-2-3 on d/l'ing rings w/Verizon

I've elected to pay for a month of wireless web to download some ringtones, until I get my USB cable for my Kyocera Slider. Can anyone provide instructions for downloading rings with Verizon?

I have the same thing with Verizon and I use Get It Now. All you got to do is download a app from Get Tones and then get ringtones from there. Each ringtone cost $1.99. I am still looking for graphics though so not sure on those.

Can't get onto the web with my cellphone. I can make phone calls, do all the text stuff but the Verizon operator said since my Slider is programmed by Virgin, the IP address it's looking for is different than Verizon's. I programmed my phone over the air with *22801 but the Slider itself is still running the Virgin programming( I would assume that to be a driver). Any work arounds??

a lot of times when you take a phone from a company like VM to Verizon the mobile web feature is lost. you probably will not be able to use mobile web on that phone at all with verizon. unless a technician can completely rewrite the software to make it a true verizon phone. (if i am wrong about this, someone correct me).

its like the phones on Wireless Imports. if you buy the special edition motorola startac, you can use it on VZW's system, but mobile web will not work. SMS should work though.
