I have just got the Kyocera SE47 in the last week and I cannot find wallpaper or graphics for this phone anywhere. I have email Kyocera and Verizon and get nowhere. There is a Get It Now service that I can use Get Pix but I have to put pctures up there first then download them to my phone and that does me no good. Anyways, my questions is does anyone know where I can get graphics and wallpaper for my phone? I have search everywhere and frankly I give up.

You can try this. It worked great for me. If you are a VERIZON costumer, it would be much easier if you........ 1) Download PICTAVISION from Get It Now. 2) Register at: www.dotphoto.com 3) Edit pictures on your PC to fit your screen and save as jpg. 4) Upload your pics to the web site. 5) Access you pics through your phone. 6) Download you favorite pics to your phone. Now.....on your slider..... 1) Go to "MENU" 2) "Media Gallery" 3) "My Pictures" 4) Scroll UP to see the pics you added and stop on the one you want. 5) Go to "Assign" and press "OK" 6) Pick "Wallpaper" or "Screen Saver" 7) TA-DA! *NOTE: You can pick the same pic as wallpaper and screen saver. **If you want 'animated' screen savers.....well......that's out of my league. Credit goes to "pinomex" from the Howard Forums for this tip. |

How would you guys rate this phone overall? I know the screen is a 65k STN, which isn't the greatest, but how does the phone perform overall?

It's a good phone. Rf could be a bit stronger, and the keypad is slightly cramped. But no complaints about the rest.

-Use IrfanView or your favorite image editor to make a graphic file that is the right size ---and color depth for the Slider. The largest image the Slider can display is 128 by 116 ---pixels. (The screen is 128x128, but the top 12 rows are reserved for status icons.) ---Images must be 24-bit color depth (24bpp). I assume you can figure out how to do this ---on your own. | |
