Hey guys, I am by no means a Palm expert, but part of the reason I wanted this phone is to carry family pictures with me. But I am really stumped as to how to transfer photos to my phone, can anyone help me?

Sure, I can help with this one. First, I'd like to recommend SplashPhoto. It isn't provided with the phone, but I think it is a great piece of software. If you want to use the tools provided with the phone (which aren't bad by any means), you should check out the manual for MGI PhotoSuite. It goes through the process of transfering pictures in pretty straightforward detail. -PatP |

I guess that is my problem, I do not see a disk anywhere for the Mobile Photo Suite. Was I supposed to get one? Is there somewhere to download it? It is on my phone but I have no way of installing the app on my PC.

The PhotoSuite software is included on the CD that ships with the phone, the one that has the Kyocera Desktop, the MP3 tools, ringer makers, etc on it. I don't have one with me to check to see where it is in the directory structure, but I think that the autorun file (that starts when you insert the CD into the computer) has options to install PhotoSuite. Try to just insert the CD and look for something to appear on the screen. When it shows up, look for something that "smells like" PhotoSuite. Let me know if you have problems and I'll resurrect my CD and see if I can help. -PatP |
