Default Gsm

Does anyone know if Kyocera will ever expand to the GSM market? They made some ok phones but always for CDMA, of course. I'm just wondering, though. Not like my heart is set on it .

Yea I've been looking around and never saw one. Well... except one that's available in Mexico but I think it's CDMA. I just don't think there's CDMA in Mexico.

Red face Re: Gsm

better restate what I was tring to say

The GSM phones that Kyocera makes for overseas customers, do those also come with a CDMA chip?? A GSM/CDMA phone?? I can't see 100% Kyocera make a pure GSM phone even overseas. Kyocera is base in San Diego home of CDMA!
hope this helps

I don't think they ever made a GSM phone. I think they're strictly CDMA in the US, Japan, Korea, and I guess Central America/Mexico, also.
