Kyocera 2255 Keypad problem

The numbers 1 and 4 on my keypad don't work. Has anyone else had the same problem and fixed it?

A few days ago, another member of this forum had a problem with the number 7, on a LGVX 4500 (I believe). After many comments, the bottom line was that this is a mechanical problem, which will only get worse with time. If you are within your 1 year warranty period, bring the phone back. You will get a refurb, but it will work and many say the refurmbs work better than new phones.

in my 2+ years of having this phone i never had that problem. this is actually my 4 2235 in that time span and all my problems have either been with the screen, battery or something else that i dont know what the problem was but it was broke

take the phone back to where you got it. i am going to go out on a limb and say your contract is probably expiring soon. if it expires in the next 60 days or so and you have verizon see if you can get an early upgrade

either way try to take the phone to your wireless company to see if they can fix it.
