I have a Kyocera KE414 Phantom. Hit 111111, then options and that will bring you into programming. If it asks for a security code, mine is 949272. It may work for you, I don't know. That will get you into programming and to view & change NAM1, NAM2, SID, PRL, etc. There is a place to change the security code (949272) too. Good luck. If you have any more questions, let me know.

Try 000000 (six zeros) for the security code. If that doesn't work, it means the phone is locked. You will have to get the code for your phone from your service provider. I think US Cellular locks phones. Each phone will have a different security code.
