How to change carrier in Greece

How do you change service carrier on Nokia 6103 to use TIM or WIND? am trying to send this info to friend in Greece who is having problems as phone is roaming alot presently and cost is high. She is using TIM prepaid SIM card. Thanks for your help.

If you mean trying to find the available networks in her area, It's within Settings, under Network Selection. 6103's usually have the network selection set to automatic. While within the NS menu, switch to Manual selection. Then go into the option to see available networks. If others show up, she can try to select one other than TIM.

Keep in mind, some carriers (like AT&T here in the US), block out this option. If it's not in the Settings menu, then there's nothing she can do (other than get another phone, preferably unlocked) to access this option.

Found it so here it is for others on Nokia 6103

Select Menu - Settings - Phone and then following options: Operator selection > choice is Automatic or Manual select the phone to Manual, then with Manual, you can select network
