How to use bell cell phone w/ Telus Mobility account

Hi,

I'm currently with Telus and my phone has died. I happen to have the exact same model of my current phone, but its a Bell Mobility telephone. The Bell phone has been used before.

I want to use that Bell telephone on Telus, since my telus phone (which is the same model) died. Does anyone know of how to do this?
