Does anyone know where I can get more information on disguised base stations/towers? I found one near my school where the entire mast/antenna assembly is disguised as a flag pole, complete with the biggest American flag I've ever seen. And recently I stumbled across a saguaro cactus that looked a little too perfect (real ones have holes where birds nest), upon closer inspection I saw wires running from the base that eventually disappeared into a large "boulder." Has anyone else noticed any disguised towers? I sure would like to know what they look like!

A very nice assortment of cell tower pics...mostly from Canadian providers. http://www.geckobeach.com/cellular/cellpixs/default.htm They just recently put up a "big ___ pine tree" in my town as well. They let the pole rust out to look like dark brown bark. Blends in well in the immediate area. |
