Calls to Canada from within USA, no, I am not sure about that. However, AT&T does have plans that permit limited roaming within Canada.

No, but Sprint PCS has a Canada Long Distance option that is $3.00 extra a month and allows you to call them for 12 cents a minute anywhere you are on the Sprint PCS network. This still takes off your minutes though plus you are charged 12 cents per minute but from a wireless phone to Cananda is the cheapeast way I can think of to call.

Verizon has the singlerate canada that is $10 more a month then the national single rate. And it allows you to roam anywhere in canada or the U.S.A with no extra charge, that includes calls made to Canada in the U.S. and calls made to canada in Canada. Plus I have used my Verizon Phone in Montreal, Toronot, and Vancouver and have gotten Digital Roaming, which is way better then analog roaming, because you get all of the same features as if you were home. (Unfortunately when I did this, I wasn't aware of the plan and was paying a beautifl 35 cents roaming fee + a 30 cents long distance fee, boy was I happy when the bill came that month, well actually it was my dad calling me when he looked at the bill that month):

ATT wireless has the Digital One Rate plan which starts at 59.99 and goes up from there... With any Digital One rate, we do offer the Canada Calling for 19.99 / month. This add-on feature, extends your calling area anywhere in the U.S., and Canada with no roaming/long distance. hope this helps. Peter |

Yes that is correct about AT&T's Canada Calling option. For $19.99 you can add this option to your OneRate plan which allows you to call Canada from within the US and make calls from within Canada without incurring long distance or roaming charges. Basically, the standard OneRate plan + Canada option = US & Canada OneRate You can also really take advantage of the OneRate plan by adding 500 or 1000 Nights & Weekend minutes. |

SunCom (telecorp) has a Canada Option for their nation-wide plans. For an extra $20.00 per month it's extends your coverage to roaming in Canada. S. Cole |
