Default What phone/provider to get

I live in calgary Alberta and am looking to buy a wireless phone. It has to be Pay as you go. I am leanning toward Fido but any info will do. The price of the phone should not exceed $200 cnd. Is Fido the best choice??

No, Telus is better IMO
Things that Telus offers that Fido doesnt:
-free received Text Messages
-free voice mail
-29c/minute instead of 30 (i know, thats quite insignificant )

You can get a nice LG or Samsung flip phone for 200 i think, also Audivox CDM8300 is quite nice (its what I have) for 170 or something. Or you can go with the CDM8150 which has a few less features and a smaller screen than the 8300 for 125 or something.

In any case, check out http://www.telusmobility.com and email me if you need more help.

O yeah, you have to buy a $75 starter kit to use telus pay and talk, i dont know if this would sway you judgement.
