Does Fido sell Sim cards? If so, how much? Are there any other costs to activate a phone on the Fido network? Thanks! |

Yes Fido does sell SIM Cards. They are $25 each. And also, Fido charges a $25 Activation Fee. |

Are you sure about the $25 activation fee? Doesn't Fido market the fact that they're the only wireless provider that DOES NOT charge an activation fee or any annual access fee?

You must be joking. The access fee is CDN$6.95 a month.

Ok, I know about the monthly system access fee of $6.95 per month when you're on the Fido monthly contract -- you don't pay that on the prepaid plan. The Activation Fee of $25 is different. I know Rogers charges an activation fee in addition to charging for a Sim card but I always understood the Fido charged $25 for the Sim card but nothing for activation. |
