I'm new to this. I would like to buy a Sprint Samsung a460 from eBay and get it activated on BellMobility. I already have an account with an old Samsung 3500 and wish to upgrade, in an "in-expensive" way.

Questions:

1. I understand that I have to unlock it? If so, how?
2. The guy from Bell told me that I also need the 6 digit MLS code (???) to program it. Where do I get that.

Any help would be appreciated.

K guys here it is What the guy from bell told you was to get an unlock code. Its actually called an SPC code. The only way that you can get that code is from Sprint. Now if you call sprint they may give it to you, and if not you have to come up with some way of getting it out of Sprint. Hope that helps a bit.
