Are there any CDMA carriers down there, or are they all GSM?

Consorcio Ecuatoriano de Telecomunicaciones S.A. is the only GSM wireless provider there. Click Here to see the coverage, you can zoom in to view cities and highways and stuff. Hope i've helped somehow.
