Verizon in the US Virgin Islands

I am planning a trip next year to the US Virgin Islands and noticed that they are not in the AC network. Does anyone know if the USVI will be include. Someone has told me that my CDMA tri mode phone will work , but to use it will be expensive. I called VZW and the rep did not know anything.

Verizon's website does indicate that your phone will work in the Virgin Islands. You will have to call customer service and have them add the "IDIAL" option to your phone (international dialing) so you can make outgoing calls. Check out this link for more information:
