The company would not address the fact that I had little or no signal, even within 1mile from a tower
And 1.5 miles from another.7th time after repeatedly calling now 6th months, beginning of the 2yr period beginning Oct 2009 . Answer tech gave( it's a moderate signal) that's it. This using my 4 year old flip, Sony Ericsson.

Phones do degrade over time. My V551's and V3's don't work nearly as well as they did when they were new many years ago. Also, the carriers are rolling out new networks, and the old networks are a lower priority for repairs & maintenance. I would suggest upgrading your phone first, or see if someone on your same carrier with a newer phone has the same issues in the same places.

Tmoble next fix in 2010 they sent me a in house tower.
(keeping in mind I have no contract Iam on month to month at this time 8years) This did keep 1Bar to 3 bars on the service. But all the time I didn't know I was Not receiving all my call and loosing business not knowing this unless they left a voice mail. 3 months in and realizing My phone was not getting service like it should. Tmoble at this time is suppose to be doing some sort of engineering tests in my area and will get back!!! |

Tech support tells me to try a smart phone, this was on a new 4g system and it was the fix they said I needed, great finally a fix. Bought 2 new galaxy s phones with $20 in data package but had to sign a 2yr contract, well II needed it to be fixed so I did it (all on there advice.)
Well I have never used these smart phones it was great little computer on my hand, great. Got service and then it started. the signal was worse than before after about 10 day into these new phones. So tmoble changed the sim card from 2g go 3 g sim cards. Another week and started not getting on line, no signal, not just at home now but all of the Boiling Springs sc area. |

Well tech support said try Internet wi-fi calling on my phone; but this will involve you to get Internet service in your home,so I call cable company added cost $45mo service, I had them install it. (Keeping in Mind this was there fix to my service with tmoble.) 1.5 years into this problem!!!!!!!
Great ! Not so fast! Still missed calls-smart phone ,with tower in house ,wi-fi calling installed And can't use my phone / data service costing $160 monthly bill (wi-fi $ 45 mo is seperate) always pd for 8plus years never late. |

I have had it. So I would not loose any more calls for my business,I ported the phone number to an AT&T
land line.Well of course more money $70mo plus 1mo in advance.Tmoble on phone last was told no work order was in for any new towers to be install in the area. What kind of answer was this !!!! Then they told me I would have to pay 400 dollars to stop my service , that was it. ( tried to contact home office and that was 3 months ago and they still have not call me).Went to local office and the Area manager happened to be their and told me He would let me out of this contract and give back my phone purchases( thankful) but they acted as if they did me a favor and this was there fix to THEIR SERVICE. Well got changed to Verizon $$$ but I haveA-1service. After 10 years of service with Tmobile ,the last 2 years have been a real learning experience.Buy the way for all this I still have 250 dollars in service bills Tmobile would not do a thing about no credit at all even thought the engineering said moderate coverage mean little to none on service available and the in house tower would only get the service bars that the phone would have gotten originally. BEWARE Of Tmobile
