    Default Wireless companies spying?

What do wireless companies do with the text messages that they keep records of?

And what about pictures taken with cameraphones and sent to people's phones or emails via MMS or email?

Do wireless companies share such information with third parties?

I guess the legal argument is that you are renting their system to send your stuff, and they maintain control over messaging servers for text and pictures.

Remember ATTWSicon was forced to divest some text messaging records that were used as evidence in the Kobe Bryant Rape Case last year.

I think it is illegal to share such information with a third party*... however, carriers cannot guarantee the privacy of your information. Such is the way of the wireless industry. You are sending your info over the air and it is possible someone could intercept it.

*With a subpeona, however, the police and representatives of the legal system can get access to your SMS, MMS and call records as YourDaddy already mentioned.
Is it too much to ask for a phone with physical buttons?
