| I almost purchased the Sonim XP-1 , (Toughest phone.com) However, it is a triband phone without 850 mhz capability. They have a huge red warning on their check-out page that says not selling to the U.S. yet? I am on AT&T network which utilizes both 850 and 1900. The xp-1 would only be able to access 1900. Would I be screwed? "G" |

Yes. In some areas AT&T operates a 850 only network. It just depends on what licenses they hold in a given area. If they don't have a 1900 license for any given area you will have no service. A phone that does not have 850 is not recommended. -Jay |

Since there are two threads with the same title now and the topic has carried over to the other thread I'm going to close this one.
