Default Sonim XP-1

I almost purchased the Sonim XP-1 , (Toughest phone.com) However, it is a triband phone without 850 mhz capability. They have a huge red warning on their check-out page that says not selling to the U.S. yet? I am on AT&T network which utilizes both 850 and 1900. The xp-1 would only be able to access 1900. Would I be screwed? "G"

Yes. In some areas AT&T operates a 850 only network. It just depends on what licenses they hold in a given area. If they don't have a 1900 license for any given area you will have no service. A phone that does not have 850 is not recommended.

Since there are two threads with the same title now and the topic has carried over to the other thread I'm going to close this one.
