Has anyone tried these ringtones? The human ear can hear between 0-20khz, but as you age, the range decreases. I'm in my late 30's and was only able to hear up to 15khz (based on the tones in the link). Curious to know what everyone here is capable of hearing... Mosquito Ringtones - Download the Mosquito Ring Tone Free PS- The "mosquito" name is based on a deviced that transmits loud 20khz tones in places where teens gather to chase them away (..well, that's another story...)

I could hear 21. But that is weird. Very quiet though. Is it suppose to be? Could here that one a little better then the 20. 22 is a little sketchy. But sounds similar to 20 and 19 to me...

I took that test once. I could only hear 17 khz (is 30). I think it's cool how the teens took something that was designed to discriinate them and used it as a way to get around adult-imposed phone bans. |

I could hear up to 18kHz.. I could sort of, barely hear 19, but 18's really my limit.. And I should be able to hear more.. I'm only 18! But I do listen to loud music I guess. |
