Does anyone know of any way to locate a cell tower using the Cell ID or LAC? I can get this information from the phone and I know of sites that will locate towers based on the FCC number, but none that will use the Cell ID.

The LAC is a Local Area Network or something, which is a bunch of cell sites (often hundreds of cell sites) grouped together under one LAC.
The Cell IDs are not published, unless you have access to internal carrier data.

Thanks.. It looks like I may have to start looking into getting an AGPS phone.
