Hi there I'm new and I'm not sure if anyone can help me but I'm hoping so. I need to talk to someone that is an expert in the areas of how to find information on tracking calls through the cell phone towers. How do you know what tower picked up a call and why? The cell phone records show the cell did not pick up a signal showing P000. Im trying to find out how to use the bill to track the towers on a specific route and while in route which towers were used and could there be alternate pinging as you drive. Also what is pinging and how is it used? Also can you receive text when you battery is dead. If anyone can help it would be great

I don't know what carrier you have, but my bill does not indicate which towers handled each call.

That one is easy. Someone can send you a text while your battery is dead, or your phone is off, but it will sit in a server until the network finds your phone. You will only receive the text after your battery is restored and the phone is turned on.
