Rich-Text Email FROM Mobile ?

Hi All I have this situation every week where I have to send an email which is already stored in my Hotmail Inbox to someone FROM MY CELL.
But I can't find a way doing so, without removing all of the formatting in the email. It's like my cell phone edit the email and send it Plain-Text.

I need to find a way of using my cell phone, to simply command my inbox (it can be any email service provider, no preference at all) to send that email without editing it (or removing the Rich-Text format)

Anyone can help me on this tricky problem ?? I'd appreciate VERY MUCH

I remember replying to someone who asked this question a few months ago and we had determined that unless you had a BlackBerry or some other PDA phone that was able to go onto regular web sites that it was not possible.
