How can you determine carrier from phone number?

Welcome to WA Cellnutty. I agree why don't you fill out your profile so we can get to know our "knowledgeable new member" a little better.

As for making it a sticky, I would advice against it. The only intended reason to check a number is to ensure that it is the correct provider & they support that site. I would hesitate recommending the site for provider tracking only. btw, all the numbers entered are recorded

im not worried about any numbers entered being recorded, i will just place it in my favorites on my browser so its no problem.

Looks like the site may hiccup a time or two when entering a number. A few friend's numbers came up as not being supported or not a valid number.

Just throwing that out there.

ok that amber site did the trick but 1 slight problem ... how can we determine the difference between someone who has Sprint-Nextel & Boost Mobile ... because both have different email addresses ... and same can be said about how do we know if a Sprint-Nextel person has a sprint email address or a nextel email address or has everyone been converted to the sprint email addy ??????????????????????????
