usb no longer working on razr v3m

OK, Look I know I got in over my head hear, but I really need someone to advise me on what my options are at this point.

I tried to make a mod to my phone that would allow me to take pics from the phone to the PC via the usb cable so I would not have to take the thing apart to get to my sd card every time I needed pic on PC.

While attempting to perform a seem edit, I was reading instructions on How to perform your first seem edit" and "How to make a seem edit to use media button for 3vm". I apparently inserted the the wrong seem number by mistake, clicked on "Restart Phone "KaBoom KaBam there goes my ability to charge phone via usb, there went my ability to us usb period.

I have more details if that would help, as far as what info I actually did input, but I'm thinking "screwed" at this point.

Is there a way to get phone usb working again.
