Ciao   , I'm Italian and firstly I'm sorry for my bad english... I hope that you understand me.I have acquired on ebay, from a dishonest seller, which didn't said me that it's blocked, a pc card sierra wireless aircard 750 branded T-mobile, but in italy we haven't this provider. When I insert the sim of my provider, the program say me " incorrect Sim, please enter the special code ". I have written to T-Mobile America, but I haven't the information required, because the seller not answer to my e-mail. Can someone help me to unlock my card or know who can make it? Have a nice day Roberto |

I too fell prey to unscrupulous eBayer's and have 4 of the T-Mobile cards that turned out to be locked. My search for a remedy led to a site called bongowirelss.com which offers a service that requires mailing the card to them in Canada where they will in turn unlock the card for $40 (US) and then mail it back. I'd like to find other alternatives. |
