How many carriers out there include tax and regulatory fees imposed on their customers when posting their profit margins and ARPU?

I don't know the details of the carriers, but IIRC each one states how they figure it out. None would count taxes, but some might include the number portability and e911 fees, etc. If they say "service" ARPU then it is probably just service revenues - no fees. The info should be in the press releases of the companies, and 5 of the 6 have recently reported for Q3. T-Mobile reports on 11/11, but I think they now count their 0.86 fee in ARPU.
