HI. Does anyone know wich carrier offers the best coverage in mexico. I was looking at the telcel site wich i belive is the company that offers the best coverage in mexico, and noticed that their net work is only a gsm net work. So iam thinking that to roam in their network i need a gsm phone and a carrier that offers gsm. Or am i wrong?

I can't really answer your question but www.gsmworld.com may be a good site to research. They have provider info and coverage maps from all over the world.

T-Mobile offers roaming in Mexico on the Telcel network for $1.49 per minute. For a coverage map go to www.t-mobile.com
