HI. Does anyone know wich carrier offers the best coverage in mexico. I was looking at the telcel site wich i belive is the company that offers the best coverage in mexico, and noticed that their net work is only a gsm net work. So iam thinking that to roam in their network i need a gsm phone and a carrier that offers gsm. Or am i wrong?

Yeah, Telcel is a GSM network, which obviously means that, yeah, you would need a GSM telephone. I had a look at the Sprint website and it seems that you'd be able to roam in Mexico as long as you have a dual-band phone. However, if you definitely want to go Telcel then you'd have to, I believe, get a GSM phone - and be on a carrier who supports GSM (T-Mobile or AT&T).
