I made 2 calls to Sprint last night via *2 and got through to a live rep right away without even going to Claire both times! Today I called once again and this time I got Claire but was transferred to a live rep in less than one minute! So I have to question anyone who says they still have to wait 30 minutes.

Cool, sounds up to par with Verizon. You get through quick, and the people are pretty well informed, or if they don't know they at least ask someone else.
