It's not accurate at all for Northwest California. It shows all coverage(Sprint native, 800 CDMA, 800 AMPS, 1900 PCS) stopping at Cloverdale. I know for a fact Sprint roams digital on Verizon in Lake and Mendocino Counties.

No, they don't roam freely, Larry could tell you what they pay I would bet.

Mike, The blue areas on the map show where 1900 (not 800) Mhz CDMA PCS roaming is available. Analog roaming is the beige areas and is available everywhere. Sprint tri-mode phones can roam on Verizon in both analog and digital. On the times that I have roamed on Verizon I get charged $.39/min. |

Not too accurate for where I am. For my hometown it shows no coverage which I know is wrong. Also for my college town it shows coverage for half of campus when in reality sprint has a tower right on campus that covers all of campus and the surrounding areas.

Sometimes Sprint's maps do lag behind in showing new or recent coverage areas. This particular web site does have the most recent maps that Sprint has available. They are more recent than the maps up on the web site and the ones on the brochures at the stores.

It looks they quickly took it off....I don't see any maps there. The link redirects me to their front page.
