Seem that we are having a hard time finding a direct link to Cingular's T&C's I believe you have to start from their site to get to the terms, can anyone else find a direct link?

I noticed that after you go though the site and find Cingular's T&C, then the links we posted begin to work. But for a first time visitor to this thread they won't work unless they visit Cingular's site first. They have some weird code in that page.

This Cingular T&C page is the result of my Google-ing "cingular terms and conditions." Does that work for everyone?

Images: 21 | CellularONE (Western Wireless) Terms & Conditions.* *Note, if you live in South Dakota your terms and condtions may differ from these and CellularONE is a service mark, which means that it is used by several companies to market their wireless service. If you use CellularONE of Dobson, CellularONE of Amarillo, etc. your terms and conditions would also be different. If you don't live in one of the areas detailed below but have wireless service with CellularONE you would need to find out who your parent company is and get the terms and conditions from them.

Interestingly, Dobson's terms and conditions mention that you opt-in for advertising by default, even after you terminate the relationship with Dobson. Also, they have a $20 ETF per line per month remaining on the contract, which for a 24-month contract is $480 per line.

Take a look at one of suncom's T&C... "We expect that you'll use your phone primarily for personal use. If you consistently use above the average monthly minutes compared with other customers in your area, we may move you to a different plan or end your agreement. " WOW! So if you moved to an area that was filled with elderly people that used the phone for an average of 10 minutes per month.....and YOU used 250 minutes.....they would cut you off! |

[QUOTE=MarkK;521327]Cingular's Return Policy. onlinestore.cingular.com. how can one just get rid of the contract if they want to while they are already in the middle of one? __________ AT&T's return policy is 30 days from purchase and this also applies for cancelation of service. Once the 30 days are past one is then stuck for the remainder of the contract. Last edited by JFB; 02-23-2009 at 1:08 PM. |
