That's a great resource too. Even though municipalities are prohibited by law from using health concerns as a reason for rejecting an application - they do it anyway. The FCC information is very credible and clear on the subject.

Default is a metro pcs kyocera slider phone better unlocked?

a person was trying to sell me a kyocera slider phone with metro pcs the phone is unlocked. now is that a good thing????????, would i have problems with metro pcs to reactivated it in my name? will i have problems with metro pcs in genaral with the phone???????? please help any body
