I remember at the beginning of this year there was a big news story about how AT&Ticon and Sprint formed a partnership to co-locate together on a bunch of new towers nationwide. I have yet to ever see Sprinticon & AT&Ticon share a tower since that agreement took place.

Me either, though Sprinticon and ATTicon usually co-share with American Tower, etc. here.

Well even before that agreement was announced AT&Ticon & Sprinticon already shared some towers but not many. But I just haven't seen anything become of that agreement yet which is odd.

ATTicon would benefit from this immensly in lower Delaware. Some people have reported ATTicon GSM down there, so they could be on Sprinticon towers now. Sprinticon has a lot of them down there, and shares on a bunch. They are really solid in chicken country, yet my county (middle one) is weak. Grr

I have seen several Sprinticon towers that have added AT&Ticon GSM antennas to them in this area. For the most part, AT&Ticon will benefit from this in their original 800Mhz areas where they are installing 1900Mhz equipment. If AT&T was 1900Mhz already, they will most likely keep on their existing towers. The sharing agreement is mostly seen in new buildouts where Spring is expanding and AT&T had no coverage before.

Well AT&Ticon 1900 mhz GSM is being added here (this was an original 800 MHz market for them) but no tower sharing had occured between the two.
