I haven't seen this question in about 2 years. My brother-in-law (Seattle, WA area) was approached by Nextel and asked about his willingness to lease his property. A few months later, Nextel agents contacted me about putting a tower on the building I worked in. For the most part, if you are in an area that the carriers want, they will come to you. To initiate a contact, look in your phone book for corporate offices of the carriers you want to do business with. Once you get to the right department, you can expect they will only be willing to speak with you if the property you have is in an area they have already determined they need to improve their coverage. |

Your best bet is to contact American Tower (Amtower) or Wireless Facilities.. 2 Companies that specialize in building towers and leasing space on them
