No you don't have to be a Sprint customer. I tried to register and they were suppose to send me an e-mail with a link to complete the registration. It never came so I can't access the site anymore. Weird.

Finally after the 4th attempt at registration I got the link sent to me. Something is really screwed up with that site.

The beginnings are normally glitchy.....
